Paul Redwood, Founder

Paul has worked as an Organisation Development (OD) Consultant for over 20 years. He helps leaders drive up their performance and that of their people. Working extensively with senior executives in organisations large and small, he helps to create business and personal momentum through learning and change. He seeks to create a greater sense of purpose and fulfilment from his work for himself and his clients.

His practice is founded on sound commercial pragmatism which comes out of 10 years as a line manager in industry and banking. This coupled with his early leadership learning with the Royal Navy, serves to make him an insightful, robust and effective developer of people.

Nichola Jacob, Senior Associate

Nichola is an experienced team coach, executive coach and facilitator with over 20 years in the people development business. She focuses on developing talent in organisations by engaging leadership teams on the development of effective business relationships; shaping strategies for behavioural change and as an executive coach, Nichola works with individuals to help improve their organisational performance.

She has a highly valued leadership style with strong consulting and relationship skills, including a reputation for working collaboratively and delivering effectively. Her style is characterised by a warm and relaxed manner. She adopts a collaborative, pragmatic and realistic approach to supporting clients in finding their own solutions. She also adds challenge and a different perspective to issues or situations, enabling individuals to discover the different choices they have to move forward. She works in a number of different organisational contexts and cultures, bringing these different perspectives as well as her experiences of managing and leading her own teams.

Nichola Jacob

Gina Hayden, Senior Associate

Gina has worked in the personal development arena for the past seventeen years. She works with a range of like-minded consultants and facilitators on a variety of clients in the private and public sector. In 1996, she completed a Masters in Counselling Psychology and now works as a development and change consultant, facilitator and personal coach.

Her work encompasses building effective teams, executive and business performance coaching, organisational and cultural change, designing and delivering workshops on powerful and effective communication, building quality relationships, influencing others and leading change, and creating and running action learning-based development programmes.
